These terms govern your use of the Solas marketing site and, where applicable, the Solas iOS application. The Solas service is provided by Circadian Group LLC ("we", "us"). This document is a template and has not been independently legally reviewed; it will be replaced before public launch.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to join the waitlist or use the iOS application.

Not medical advice

Solas is a behavioral coaching tool. The content on this site, the research summaries, and the in-app recommendations are educational and do not constitute medical advice. They are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed clinician. If you suspect a sleep disorder, perinatal depression, or any urgent medical concern, contact a qualified medical professional. Do not rely on Solas to detect or treat any condition.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the service's security.
• Submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes the rights of others.

Research library

The research summaries on this site are written by the Solas team. They are educational summaries of third-party peer-reviewed papers. We link to every original paper and do not host or distribute the underlying papers ourselves. The original papers remain the property of their respective publishers.

Intellectual property

All site content (text, designs, code) other than third-party citations and quoted research material is owned by Circadian Group LLC or its licensors. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution; please do not republish entire pages without permission.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Circadian Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
