Circadian Group LLC ("we", "us", "Solas") operates this marketing site and the Solas iOS application. This policy describes what we collect, why, and how to delete it. This document is a template and has not been independently legally reviewed; it will be replaced before public launch.
What we collect on this site
When you join the waitlist on this marketing site, we collect:
- Email address. Used solely to email you once when Solas goes live. Stored in our database (
public.waitlist). - Optional wearable type. A coarse category like "Oura" or "Apple Watch", if you choose to share it.
- Browser user-agent string. Captured automatically with the form submission for spam mitigation.
In addition, we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for aggregate site metrics (page views, performance). These services do not set cookies and do not collect personal data; they record anonymous, aggregated request metadata.
We do not use marketing cookies, ad pixels, third-party analytics SDKs, or session-replay tools on this marketing site.
What the iOS app collects (separate disclosure)
The Solas iOS app, when installed, may collect:
- Health data via HealthKit. Read-only access to sleep, heart-rate, and related metrics that you explicitly grant. Health data is processed on-device when possible and is encrypted in transit otherwise.
- Wearable data via OAuth (Oura, etc.). Access tokens are stored encrypted; you can revoke any source from the app's Settings screen.
- Account email. Required to sign in.
- In-app analytics events via Mixpanel. Pseudonymous events tracking feature usage. Mixpanel is not used on the marketing site.
The iOS app's full disclosures are surfaced inside the app at first run and in the App Store privacy nutrition label.
What we never do
- We never sell health or personal data.
- We never share your email with advertisers.
- We never use your health data to train AI models.
Retention and deletion
You can request deletion of your waitlist record, your iOS account, or any wearable connection at any time. Email info@circadiangroupllc.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the email associated with your record. We will confirm and process the deletion within a reasonable period.
Data location
Waitlist data is stored on Supabase (US region). Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights data is processed by Vercel.
Children
Solas is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and note the revision date at the top.
